Chances are you haven't heard of this company yet, but it's time you did because, if you're reading this, you've probably got more than a passing interest in high quality audio components, and that's what these folks are all about.
T+A (and, please, Beavis, that's pronounced "T plus A") is short for Theory and Application; a straightforward philosophy of audio design and execution that lies at the heart of everything that comes out of their factory. They started out in 1978 as a high end speaker manufacturer, but evolved into something much more ambitious. By 1988 they were producing a complete line of electronics, and by 1997 had entered the world of home theater. |

| Along the way they'd garnered one rave review after another from every corner of the globe (except the US, where their products hadn't yet been introduced).
T+A now offers a complete palette of products (including televisions!), and continues to insist on a system philosophy which closely integrates all the components of a system, allowing the whole arrangement to be controlled by a single remote control handset. Any T+A system is an investment for the future, as their products have extremely long production cycles, last indefinitely, and offer wide-ranging upgrade options. Today T+A employs around 100 staff, (of which 11 are full-time physicists and engineers), who develop, manufacture, and market the products in Germany. We're proud to be have the chance, at last, to offer their components here in the U.S. |
