Contact Treatment

An application of ProGold deoxidizes and cleans contacts of surface contamination. It also penetrates plated surfaces and bonds, on a molecular level, to the base metal, actually improving conductivity for better signal transfer. ProGold is available as a spray (seen left) or as a precision pen-type applicator.

Treating your systems contacts can make a dramatic difference, especially on source components (i.e., CD players, processors, cartridge pins, and tonearm connectors) and preamplifier ins and outs.

Cleaning ALL of the contact surfaces in our system at least once every six months is a mandatory part of our maintenance regimen. You should do the same!
